We do not sell products or directly provide the listed services.
All bookings, services, or orders are fulfilled by independent service providers listed on our platform.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations of any booking or service request must be made directly with the respective service provider.
Wizern does not guarantee cancellations once a booking has been confirmed.
If a service provider allows cancellations, the terms will be mentioned on their listing or communicated by them directly.
3. Refunds
Wizern does not issue refunds on behalf of service providers.
Any refund eligibility is subject to the individual service provider’s refund/cancellation policy.
Wizern may, at its sole discretion, refund any service or listing fees charged directly by Wizern (if applicable).
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Platform usage fees, service charges, or listing fees paid to Wizern are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
