  • Wizern is a local service directory and booking platform.

  • We do not sell products or directly provide the listed services.

  • All bookings, services, or orders are fulfilled by independent service providers listed on our platform.


2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations of any booking or service request must be made directly with the respective service provider.

  • Wizern does not guarantee cancellations once a booking has been confirmed.

  • If a service provider allows cancellations, the terms will be mentioned on their listing or communicated by them directly.


3. Refunds

  • Wizern does not issue refunds on behalf of service providers.

  • Any refund eligibility is subject to the individual service provider’s refund/cancellation policy.

  • Wizern may, at its sole discretion, refund any service or listing fees charged directly by Wizern (if applicable).

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Platform usage fees, service charges, or listing fees paid to Wizern are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
